The Elementary and Secondary School Redesign Specialists from the Kansas State Department of Education visit Coffeyville Public Schools. Jay Scott and Tammy Mitchell were making sure the district is reaching the benchmarks desired for the Mercury 7 Project of Kansans Can.  Mitchell says USD 445 has done a great job. She says the work done in district-wide is impressive, noting many of the other schools are only redesigning curriculum in one building.

The district is scheduled to report on the redesign to the state on June 13th.
