Nearly 3,900 marijuana plants are seized from a grow operation in Hulbert, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics says its Marijuana Enforcement Team and Cherokee County deputies served a search warrant at Californication Farm LLC on Highway 51. The warrant is part of an ongoing investigation into illegal cultivation and operating without an OBN registration. Agents say they seized 3,895 plants, 69.2 pounds of processed marijuana and a rifle. No arrests have been announced, but OBN says arrests are pending as the investigation moves forward.

The district attorney’s office, state agriculture officials and several other agencies assisted with the operation. OBN says its Marijuana Enforcement Team has seized more than 2.5 million illegal plants across Oklahoma since it began work in 2021.
