CCC: Enrollment Remains Strong Following Record Growth Year

Coffeyville Community College continues to show positive long-term enrollment growth, according to Fall 2026 census data released by the Kansas Board of Regents.

CCC reported a 1.9% decrease in headcount this year, compared with Fall 2025, following an 11.4% increase the previous year. The College's 2026 change mirrors the overall trend among Kansas community colleges, which collectively experienced a 1.9% decline in headcount this fall.

Despite the decrease from fall 2025 to fall 2026, CCC says longer-term enrollment trend remains strong. Over the past five years, the College has experienced a 14.3% increase in headcount and a 4.9% increase in FTE and credit hours. Kansas resident enrollment has also grown significantly, increasing 26.2% from Fall 2020 to Fall 2025.
