Kansas State to Play in Ireland in 2025

The Kansas State Wildcats will be opening the 2025 football season halfway across the world.

The team will open 2025 against Iowa State in Dublin, Ireland on August 23rd, per KSU Athletics. The game will be played at Aviva Stadium, and will be the first college football game of the 2025 season.

This will be the second time KSU football has played outside of the United States. The Wildcats matched up with Nebraska in Tokyo, Japan in the 1992 season.

Kansas State will sacrifice a home game to make the Ireland game happen, as they were scheduled to host Iowa State. This will be the first Big 12 game to ever take place in Ireland, and just the 10th college football game all-time in Dublin.
