The Kansas City Chiefs will soon be on the clock, as the 2024 NFL Draft begins tonight in Detroit.

 

Kansas City will be selecting No. 32 in the first round of the draft, following a second consecutive Super Bowl victory. The team has been among the league's best for years, with many contributors coming from the draft.

 

Senior team reporter Matt McMullen says the Chiefs have been able to locate talent in every round of the draft.

 

There are multiple routes the team could go with their first round pick. The team could be searching for a wide receiver, with Rashee Rice's status moving forward unknown. The team could also search for depth in the trenches.

 

Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach says the team has options with the pick tonight.

 

The draft begins at 7 p.m. CT tonight on the ESPN networks.
