Justin Lynn Davis

Justin Lynn Davis, age 67 of Coffeyville, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at her home with her loving husband by her side. 

 

Justin was born on April 23, 1954 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Gerald Dean Radcliff and Ann Marie (Hunsinger) Radcliff.  She grew up in Coffeyville where she attended local schools and graduated from Field Kindley High School.  She completed her CNA licensing and attended Coffeyville Community College. 

 

On January 18, 1974 she married the love of her life, Noel P. Davis in Coffeyville, Kansas where the couple made their home.  They had three children, Jeremy, Christopher and Kerri.  Justin worked as a certified nurses aide at Windsor Place, Asbury Village and then switched to home health.  She spent her life caring for her family and others. 

 

Justin loved nature and gardening, feeding the birds,going on walks and doing cross-stitch.  She loved animals, especially her dog, Tehya.  Justin loved surprise visits to see her grandkids, they loved their "NeNe" and she was the proudest grandma in the world.  She loved to go to all their events and activities where she made sure they heard her cheering them on.

 

Surviving to honor her memory is the love of her life, Noel P. Davis of the home; children, Jeremy Davis of Coffeyville, Christopher Davis and wife, Vanessa of Coffeyville, Kerri Hurley and husband, Paul of Coffeyville; grandchildren, Isaiah M. Davis, Josiah Davis, Aeson Hurley, Devyn Hurley; brothers, Dan Radcliff and wife, Mary Jo and Brett Radcliff and wife, Kelly all of Independence, Kansas; numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Ann Marie Radcliff; sister, Michele Caldwell; several brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws and her special pets, Sasha the dog and Shadow the cat. 

 

Following Justin's wishes, cremation has taken place under the direction of David W Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. 

 

An Outdoors Memorial Service will be held by the family at the Veteran Memorial Patio at Fairview Cemetery on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Chaplain Steven Foraker will officiate.  

 

The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to the Coffeyville Friends of Animals; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
